User Types on Goollooper:
1. General User (GS): A customer or non-service provider.
2. Business Service Provider (BSP): Independent business owners providing services at the customer’s location.
3. Micro Business Service Provider (MBS): Small businesses with up to 10 employees offering services across multiple categories.
4. Business Service Location (BSL): Businesses that provide services at their physical location.
5. Industry Worker (IW): Employees offering services on behalf of a company or organization.
*Note: Service providers can also use the app as general users to seek services themselves.
